Privacy Policy
A plain description of what Mani Technology collects, why it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you submit a project enquiry we store the name, business email, phone number, company, project type, description and estimated requirements you provide, together with a reference number and the time of submission. To stop spam we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself, and the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent it. Nothing else is collected from the form.

Why we keep it
Enquiry details are held only to answer your brief, to keep projects in the order they arrived and to maintain a record of what was discussed. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Client system data
Data inside the applications we build for clients belongs to the client. Where a system connects to a marketplace or another provider through an API, access runs on the authorisation and permissions that account grants, and only the data required for the agreed feature is read.

Your control
You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry record at any time by emailing support@manitechnology.com with your reference number.
